Service Policies

If your machine requires a part for a repair, we will contact you first with an estimate of the total cost (parts and labor), unless the part is covered by warranty. All parts are ordered with your consent. When we order parts on your behalf, you will be charged for the parts and any associated labor cost. Our vendors will not allow us to return parts for credit.

Parts replaced within the manufacturer's warranty period may be new or refurbished and are covered by the remaining manufacturer's warranty.

For non-warranty work, parts may be new or refurbished, and are warranted for 30 days from the date of the repair.

All replaced parts and modules become the property of UNH.

First come, first served; first in, first out. Supported Products are given priority over non-supported products. A repair time estimate will be provided when you drop your machine off.

You may incur charges to repair computers within the manufacturer’s warranty period if the machine requires cleaning to resolve the symptom, or if the machine has been dropped, has incurred a liquid spill, or otherwise been mishandled or abused.

Due to space limitations, we request that you pick up your equipment promptly within 30 days of repair. Any machines left past thirty days may incur additional charges and will eventually become property of UNH.
