Service Policies

If your machine requires a part for a repair, we will contact you first with an estimate of the total cost (parts and labor), unless the part is covered by warranty.
Parts replaced within the manufacturer's warranty period may be new or refurbished and are covered by the remaining manufacturer's warranty.
For non-warranty work, parts may be new or refurbished, and are warranted for 30 days from the date of the repair.
All replaced parts and modules become the property of UNH.
First come, first served.
You may incur charges to repair computers within the manufacturer’s warranty period; for example, software related work is not covered under most warranties.
We request you pick up your equipment promptly within 30 days of repair. Any machines left past thirty days may incur additional charges and will eventually become property of UNH.
