How long will it take to repair my computer?

Typical wait times run from 3 to 5 days which is consistent with industry standards for most repairs. More difficult repairs may take longer. We repair everything on a first come, first served basis.

During Back-to-School in the fall, demand for our services is high. Wait times frequently exceed the 3 to 5 day norm. You can help reduce wait times during this critical period by holding off on any elective repairs until later, or by bringing systems in early over the summer when demand is typically lower.

Note: UNH Supported Products may be given priority over non-supported products. A repair time estimate will be given when you drop your machine off.
